The Guidepost
The Guidepost® is a comprehensive and integrated library of business processes, which may be accessed using most widely-available web browsers.
Each volume in the library describes good practice for a particular subset of business operations. It includes descriptions of the processes to follow, descriptions of the products used when following the processes, and templates for these products. If required, your own templates can be incorporated to support your detailed working practices.
We offer the standard product on its own, the standard product packaged with related services, and bespoke developments of the product. Each volume is available as an online application, and as an e-book on compact disc. The online application can be supplied as a service delivered to you via the internet from our server, on a self-booting CD, or installed on your own intranet. Our services include installation, support, and modular training courses.

- Bids and Projects (Standard)
which provides an integrated set of standard processes representing accepted good practice for Bid Management, Project Management, and Project Status Reporting. It has been developed with the rules of PRINCE2™ in mind, and to support close integration between Bid Management and Project Management.
- Bids and Projects (Demo)
shows the full range of processes of this volume at a limited depth, and the full depth of the volume for a limited number of Sub-Processes.
